You hereby declare that the information provided to ShowTime Finance is true and correct and that you are not currently insolvent, under administration, debt review or any debt restructuring programme. You declare that you are a South African citizen between 18 and 65 years of age.
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance is a business in the consumer lending referral and marketing industry that find the best loan available to our clients by searching the entire South African market for a moneylender/broker that will assist you. We strive to find our clients a lender that will give you the amount that you’ve requested, otherwise we will refer you a lender that best matches your specified requirements.
We also market and sell our very own completely independent 3-in-1 Service Plan, which is a subscription service and consist of the following digital products and services. My Credit Report, My Credit Score,(updated monthly), My Credit Repair Assistance, and Complimentary My Loan Assistance Service. More detailed information and descriptions regarding our 3-in-1 Service Plan can be found below.

Based on the details that you have provided during your application, ShowTime Finance will aim to find the best loan available to you by searching the entire South African market for a moneylender/broker that will assist you. We strive to find you a lender that will give you the amount that you’ve requested, otherwise we will refer you a lender that best matches your specified requirements. Furthermore, you give us permission to pass your details on to these lenders should we feel it necessary to do so.
The Loan Assistance Service we provide is free of charge upon completion of the application form.You will also have access to a Monthly Comprehensive Credit Report, Monthly Credit Score Rating Report that includes your CPA Score, NLR Score. Supply up to 5 reasons that had the most negative influence on the score respectively. Credit Repair Assistance Service consist of electronic learning material, advice and tips on how to increase your credit score and logging disputes with Credit Bureau on your half with your written consent, which will be activated upon the successful payment of your plan. The Credit Report and Credit Score, which is received directly from a registered credit bureau reseller, will provide you with an overview of your credit status.
For all of these services, a monthly perpetual agreement fee of R299 will be payable. We will deduct these fees directly from your card details that you have provided, using the DPO PayGate (Pty) Ltd Payment Gateway, on or around your salary date. Please note that your collection date may change based on our payday predictor analytics. Your 3-in-1 Service Plan will automatically be renewed on your anniversary date. The shortname on your bank statement will reflect as ShowTime Finance.
Upon completion of your application for our services, you’ll receive immediate access to the Complimentary My Loan Assistance Service.
Access to your Comprehensive Credit Report, Credit Score Rating Report and Credit Repair Assistance Service will be accessible immediately after successfully receiving your subscription payment.
Please note that this agreement is not binding and that you’re entitled to cancel at any given time. However you must give us written notice at least 5 working days before your next billing date. Should you fail to notify us on time will result in you being billed within the current cycle.
You hereby state that you understand these Terms and Conditions and give ShowTime Finance permission to debit your account for the 3-in-1 Service Plan.
We use a third party collections agent. Therefore, their name, along with your unique ShowTime Finance name and reference number, will be referenced on your bank statement. We will only deduct the funds from your account if your application for our services has been received, accepted and processed. You consent that, for as long as you are an active member of ShowTime Finance, we may request your credit information from a credit bureau in raw format (xml string or otherwise), which will be presented to you in pdf format.
You understand that the withdrawal hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African Banks. You also understand that details of this withdrawal will be printed on your bank statement. Such reference will enable you to identify the Agreement.
You acknowledge that the payment instruction issued by you shall be treated by your above mentioned Payment Gateway as if the instruction have been issued by you personally.
You agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by you, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. You will not be entitled to any refund of any amount which we have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amount was legally owing by you.
You acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.
We strongly recommend that you only borrow what you can afford to repay within the loan terms. Our short-term solutions are not intended to meet your long-term, financial needs.
ShowTime Finance is not a lender and do not make cash advances nor credit decisions.
This website will match you with a lender based on the information that you have provided in your application. Cash transfers may vary between lenders, and in some instances faxing may be required. In certain instances, a credit check may be conducted using your South African identity number to check your credit history and share your information with any of our partners to ascertain suitability for our product for as long as you’re a client of ShowTime Finance. Completion of the application in no way guarantees that you will be approved for the loan requested.
As per the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, should you feel the need to lodge a complaint about the services we provide, kindly forward your complaint to email@example.com. We strive to resolve all complaints within 72 hours from date of receipt.
2. Delivery policy
All products and services purchased through ShowTimeFinance.co.za are delivered digitally at the time of purchase. No physical products are provided or shipped during the course of purchase or provision of services. Customers are able to access the digital products and services via a secure portal using their unique access credentials.
“Digital Products” refers to credit reports, credit score, credit repair tutorials, videos, online training / learning content, data and or other material hosted on ShowTimeFinance.co.za By purchasing Digital Products through this website, you are agreeing to these terms.
2.1 Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of electronic mail.
2.2 When you purchase access to the digital products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the digital products or your login details with anyone else.
2.3 We make no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the digital products, however we will make every reasonable effort to provide availability.
2.4 In the event of continued unavailability, we will make reasonable efforts to make the digital products available to download locally.
2.5 We reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time. If you choose not to accept updated terms, access to the service will be revoked. The latest version can always be found at this page.
Any digital products which are purchased on a subscription basis will be subject to the same terms and conditions above, additional subscriptions will be charged each month on the same day as the day of the month when subscription was first activated.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. t/a ShowTime Finance is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd t/a ShowTime Finance will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
Since ShowTimeFinance.co.za delivers products digitally and these are accessible immediately after successful payment, we do not issue refunds.
The only exception would be if we are unable to successfully generate a report from the credit bureaux in which case we will offer a full refund to the customer.

For our 3-in-1 Service Plan, you may cancel at any time. However you must give us written notice at least 5 working days before your next billing date. Should you fail to notify us on time will result in you being billed within the current cycle.

123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and 123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, at No 6 Inspan Street, Bellville South, Bellville, 7530 .
123 Loans (Pty) Ltd. trading as ShowTime Finance may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
