Since ShowTimeFinance.co.za delivers products digitally and these are accessible immediately after successful payment, we do not issue refunds.
The only exception would be if we are unable to successfully generate a report from the credit bureaux in which case we will offer a full refund to the customer.

For our subscription service, 3 in 1 Service Plan you may cancel at any time. However you must give us written notice at least 5 working days before your next billing date. Should you fail to notify us on time will result in you being billed within the current cycle.
